Well, some have said on PTS that is was the October issued. So rushed to Mr T knocking people out of the way to get my hands on the cellophane bagged October Prime (the one with the free mascara on the cover):j :j galloped home, ripped open the cellophane bag, chomped on the free Kinder hippo bar, shook the magazine frantically, but alas no chequebook of coupons fell out.      £2.40 wasted on a magazine with not a coupon in sight.
Others have said it's the subscription copies that have the free chequebook of coupons. Could someone please post a definitive answer. Thanks0 -

Oh dear - poor you!
It is the November issue with a girl in a silver dress and dark hair on a purple background (bit partyish) on the front.
I bought mine in Asda today intact with coupon booklet so it is definitely not confined to subscribers only!0 -
Got the Prima mag in Smiths and it had the chequebook in the bag which said chequebook was inside.0

They were in the back 2 pages, full of coupons. Sounds like someone in the newsagents has removed them to redeem & claim the money themselves for fictitional magazine sales......:mad:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
