Hi Mrs T, I can only request that you don't try these in Tesco because a lot of people think that this will lead to clamping down by Tesco.
This is because they can't actually claim the money back from the manufacturer on them, because they've been used illegally. So using them only means that Tesco will tighten up their policy and inspect all vouchers more closely and potentially stop their policy of being able to use NSS ones.
So please don't risk it. After all, there are plenty of NSS ones to go around that they will accept surely?
It could potentially be viewed as fraud and someone on another thread has been sharing experiences of being arrested, so please don't promote this one, folks.

Hi josie, I think you've misread this, Mrs T was going to use these tesco specific coupons in tesco.
Should any of these tesco specific coupons get accepted by tesco without buying the actual product, tesco will still get their money back from the manufactuer as this is a deal between the 2 of them.;)
If they were asda specific coupons then you would be right, tesco wouldn't be able to claim their money back! This is what everyone (well, MOST:rolleyes: ) MSE ers are against!
I hope this clarifies!:DIf you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.

Hi Josie
Thanks for your reply. I think we have our wires crossed somewhere, I am talking about the new tesco health and beauty leaflets that are tesco specific. I said I would buy some of the products they have promotions on. I would not try and use other store specific ones in tesco as I know thats a BIG NO NO.

Thank you. Yes that is exaclty what I meant to say, I will use tesco specific coupons in tesco. I will buy the products they have promos on, not other products. I am worried now I dont explain myself properly when I am talking in posts and people think I am trying to do the wrong thing.

I agree, Mrs T - you do seem to have had a few instances of people jumping down your throat recently on this thread. (And I for one have noticed how nicely and politely you've responded each time).
But please don't worry, and don't take it personally - and most important, don't let it put you off posting here.0 -
Mrs T, don't take things personally!
It is very easy to misinterpret what people write on here and usually, if people respond, its not generally meant to be nasty but rather to advise, not just the OP but others also:beer:If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.

This is one of the friendliest threads on this forum, and it benefits from your posts immensely. Please keep posting :A
