Hi Guys, anyone heard of Spark company come up cheapest on simply switch (£264 saving!) can not find out anything about them. Anyone with them, experienced them, rate them???? please help:)

To be fair if you check out reviewcentre it would appear to be a haven for disgruntled punters. I suppose the 'wronged' customer is always going to be far more motivated to tell the world about their bad experience than a totally satisfied one. Which is not meaning I in any way am defending Spark, btw. I've never been a customer so have no first hand experience of them but some of the opinions on here from customers of them would worry me if I was thinking of giving them my business (I'm not btw). In fact, it would appear Martin's (now second favourite lol) switching site, energyhelpline, has decided not to include them in their calculations at all.

I've been a customer of them, and I can believe all of those reviews, several of the issues they describe happened to me too.
I'm a disgruntled punter though.
Checkout the reviews on Spark's own website, they're not much better.
