    Emails to the CEO at Npower end up as an 'Executive Complaint'. Npower seem to be having trouble with their system they put in last June(?).

    I left them because of it and the person dealing with my executive complaint, wiped my bill as a gesture of goodwill. I refused their first offer of £50.
    RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
