(I apologize in advance if this in the wrong category)
A few hours ago I took part in a low spend freebie offer, it was £1, and you get a dvd and a 14 day trial for a radio (?) website. Having taken part in these offers before and all been legit i thought why not but now I a having serious doubts. I never got a confirmation email, and when i attempt to login in or do forgot password it just refreshes to the login page...
This is the link I went through on the offer
uk*radioplanets*com/survey*php?sid=545&rid=NBUK&cid=NBUK
(replace the stars with full stops and add the http at the start, sorry i cant post a proper link)
Im starting to panic, im usually so careful about this stuff, I'm wondering if I should cancel my card or something?
Sorry for the wall of text but im really worried, any feedback is appreciated

There are no contact details on the site for them.0

According to trustpilot they are a bunch of scammers, as they are a Danish company the reviews are all in Danish so use a translator like Bing

So, let me get this straight.
You signed up for a 14 day trial with a free DVD offer.
Then you attempt to cancel within 48 hours and accuse them of scamming?0 -
Radioplanet, by signing up to MSE and bumping an old thread it really makes you looks very spammy indeed.

First of all, I agree with some posters below to call your Bank or Credit Card company to do a stop charge on this company, or cancel your card, change your bank account number, etc. whatever you can do to avoid charges. And read my posting regarding this company below.
This company is a BIG SCAM
THIS COMPANY IS A BIG BIG SCAM ! STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE !
Don't ever fall into this company's tactics of getting and enticing people to sign up for their service, and supposedly get an iPhone for a very low price. Once signed up, they don't even confirm your subscription, and start charging you monthly fees for services you haven't even used.
The next thing you will have to deal with is the charges on your credit card you used to sign up that starts after ten days. They won't stop charging your card until you call them to cancel. I even had to call a number in Denmark, adding up my bills to pay for my long distance call to THIS SCAM company just to cancel my subscription. I demanded a refund which got nowhere, even my credit card company got involved, but who are you going to call or contact when the local number they gave you does not even ring.
They justify that the charges was because I did not cancel my subscription on time, but how are you going to cancel when the subscription does not even send you a confirmation email?
DO NOT, repeat DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to this company's services, or anything that they offer you because if this company is legitimate, they would be reasonable enough to give their customers PROPER confirmation via email, a clear information of what services they offer, what are the charges, and full disclosure of their terms and services. But the way they do it is hide behind the alluring ads of cheaper iPhones, and likely pay people to give good reviews of them, etc. just to get your money0
