Muzzle and halti type collar - what goes best?

Temporary mutt has arrived and as she freaks around other dogs and pulls like a steam train, I need to get her a muzzle and halti type collar asap, otherwise walking her is going to be hard especially for my mum.
I'm looking at the fabric muzzles as that's what she's used to, but I don't know what sort of headcollar/harness is going to work best with that, without getting in the way.
Any suggestions?

Fostering. While I wait for the right permanent mutt to come along. In theory, anyway. (I think they're hoping I'll keep the temporary one.)

Ah. Is it fair for me to remind you that you didn't want to go through the house, other dog and children eating stages again? Just in case you feel yourself weakening?

    Does TM have a photo?

I just used the chest harness types for the bullies. Saved them making that gasping sound like I was trying to murder them when I just wanted them to go the same direction as me.

Plus it freaks out passersby when what sounds like a steam train is approaching them from the rear. :)

TM has a harness but I don't think it's going to be enough for my mum to be able to hold her - she nearly had me in the road before we'd even spotted another dog. Only got her tonight and she's been fine indoors, although very attention seeking. And we are on completely different pages on the ground rules about furniture and laps. Not done this temporary thing before, so watch this space.
(Don't think I can do photos - says something about it in the fostering agreement.)

From the picture though, there's a lot of mouth still showing. I have to say the appearance doesn't inspire confidence that the teeth will be under control.

Fabric muzzles aren't designed to be used for exercise, they're more for things like vet visits.
A basket-style muzzle is better, safer, and will also fit over a Halti headcollar (possibly other brands too, though I've personally used the Halti with a Baskerville so know they work together)

Introduced carefully, the basket-style shouldn't bother the dog either - Chirag Patel does a good video on introducing a basket-style muzzle

Yes I think that too but thought I would mention it anyway just incase. I don't use a muzzle on mine but I have in the past used a canny collar to help with the pulling.

I had a springer spaniel who pulled like a stream train. she had me over many times (and through a hedge once) on an ordinary collar and lead. I found the Halti a godsend. half an hour and she walked like an guide dog! even the kids could walk her. unless the dog is a biter then don't use a muzzle.

I echo what krlyr has said. Fabric muzzles should not be used when walking or exercising your dog. A dog cools itself by panting and a fabric muzzle stops this. It is very easy for your dog to overheat. A basket type muzzle is needed in this situation.
