Dose anyone know how much it would cost to get all documents from the council relating to one of their tenants please:T:T

    You can't get information about a tenant.

    FOI is about the decisions that public bodies make, not about individuals.

    The Data Protection Act covers the personal information of individuals. A DPA request costs £10 but you can only ask for your information S- not other people's.

    It's not going to happen, basically.

    Thanks for reply, I will not be making the request it will be the tenants, but thanks for the information. Will £10 cover everything or will there be more cost involved. :T:T
