Help to buy and Park Exchange from New Build

If anyone can shed some light on this would be really helpful, we wanted to take advantage of the new Help To Buy Scheme which is to help people like us to go up the ladder however, we also wanted to take advantage of the Part Exchange scheme to be told no new builers are doing the 2 scheme's together even though the Help to Buy is a Government scheme not a New Build scheme as such. They did for the first week but then stopped just as we were about to go for it. The sales teams can't help us or give us an explanation neither can the teams they send us to for mortgage advise etc. :cool:
