Windows not closing tight

Can someone help with problem with double glazed windows not closing fully?
Had them installed few years back (out of gaurantee!) but started having problems with a couple of the top openers mainly small bathroom window.
It closes but where it hits the black seal (only on the right of the opening) it is not closing fully and letting awful draught through.
Looked at hinges etc and doesn't seem to be any obstruction.
Can this be sorted or does it look like I need to replace them?

The locks should be adjustable, either on the keep (the part attached to the frame) or the cam / bolt (the part attached to the opening). Usually the cams are offset, so get the right size allen key and turn it the required direction. Its only usually 180 deg in either direction.0

That's interesting. I have one top hinged dg window in the bathroom and that doesn't close properly on both sides at the top.I find I can push it in from outside to avoid the draught. I was thinking of starting a thread about this.0

Sometimes I can manage to get it closed if I slam it a few times but it seems to be much worse today.
Got the window cleaner to give it a thump the other day which closed it properly but the minute I open it again we are back to square one.0 -

Not quite sure what you mean as the handle/lock is on the bottom bit (of top opener) and hinges each side of opener.
Why would it have anything to do with the locks?0 -

I dont mean the handle with the lock in it. I mean the locks inside the opening. By operating the handle you are moving cams or bolts into keeps inside the opening. That is unless you have the old cockspur handles which havent been used in over 20 years.
It could still be the hinge is knackered, but this would be easy to establish.0 -
We had this problem. It wasn't closing properly on one side, side where the hinges are, and letting in draught.
Someone came to look at it and said over time, the hinges can get stiff, even though you don't realise it. He sprayed WD40 on the hinge and it's shut properly ever since, and no more draught.

I believe it to be the hinges.
