I did this with a new supermarket that had opened. It had two entrances/exits as one was temp and only one had the Parking Eye camera. So in trough the camera and out the other exist. Then to another Parking Eye car park before going back to the original going through the entrance without the camera and out through the camera. :D

Both car parks would appear to have stayed over my welcome.

And they are assuming I'm staying in their car park... Followed by lots of silly junk letters keeping the postie employed though and now the debt recovery crap... Hmmm see you in court!

What's the point in appealing when you can refuse their invoice?

Not So Smart Parking tried this scam on someone at Asda Llandudno and he went to the local press and got himself a fairly prominent article in the local rag all about how he got his "fine" from Asda overturned. It wasn't the greatest article ever, far too much use of the "F-word" but at least it was negative publicity for Not So Smart and for Asda and hopefully it inspired a few readers to demand that their "fines" were overturned as well. Maybe the trick if you can get some dozy PPC to bite is to e-mail them an appeal but cc in the news desk at your local rag?
