I live abroad and I am looking for a personal loan in Sterling pounds. I am also not illegible for a personal loan from most banks and peer to peer lenders in the UK since I don`t live in the UK. I have tried crowd funding but in vain. I prefer a UK private money lender who can accept to lend to individuals living abroad, with long term repayments, charges a maximum of 5% interest rate per year and with no up-front fee.

You must be having a laugh. Of course nobody in their right mind will lend you UK money if you don't even live here.

BTW, you can't be illegible, only eligible. But you aren't, not for a loan in the UK, anyway.
