Go Vouchers

I bought my boyfriend an indoor skydiving experience via Go Vouchers in July last year. The voucher is valid for one year so we phoned Airkix (the company who run the indoor skydiving) yesterday to book the experience only to be told they are currently not accepting Go Vouchers. They said it was an order from management and they didnt know why but advised we call Go Vouchers. We tried calling but got no answer and the online help chat facility was offline. Seems suspicious to me. Anyone have any advice or information?

Hello,
Got one of these govouchers as well as a gift. Was all booked when the place the book was with told me the company had gone into administration. From what i'm reading on the net, there is a history with the people running the "show" and people being ripped off.
My partner paid using a visa debit card so not sure IF she is covered. She isn't as annoyed as me as she paid for it ages ago and isn't to bothered. I however am livid I wont get to dry a DB9 not mention my hatred of people being ripped off.
Still looking around for a way forward and will post IF i hear anything.0 -
Have a look at their website and Go Balloning. They have ceased trading. Might be worth contacting your debit or credit card company to try and get a refund. I paid through PayPal and I'm not getting much joy out of them. I purchased a Bungee jump and had it all booked. Had to pay again when I turned up

Now it has been a tradition for many travel agencies providing vouchers for their trip. These vouchers can be used as a discount card for their next trip.0
