Seller's terms & conditions

I was just browsing around ebay and saw these terms and conditions on a listing;

" Due to a recent spate of new or part time ebayers not reading listings we will permanently block and then cancel any bids by buyers under 50, ebay shop owners, feedback set to private, or buyers that bid on more than one item."

I was looking to buy something from them but since I only have a business account with a shop, I decided not to bother, I obviously don't meet their stringent criteria!

What are the worst terms that you've seen on an ebay listing?

Actually, now I've re-read it, I'm not so sure if they are referring to feedback or not! *confused or maybe just tired*

If the item number or user id gets posted there's bound to be lots of people putting bids on and then cancelling them straight away, so lets not do that. It could ruin Ebay user thrifty.beatnik's day;)

Let's just say I'm not too surprised that they have to run a lot of their 'famous' 1p auctions to get rid of the stuff
