Contact PayPal as soon as you can and change the account password.
Check your bank account(s) as they may make repeated attempts with other transactions.
Contact Skype as well
Mine was something to do with Facebook and they took three amounts0 -
If that's your e-mail address you've posted there, you should remove it or you'll get loads of spam e-mails.
It doesn't look like a scam because it's not asking for any details. I would login to your paypal account and check the transaction history and see if the money actually has been sent to Skype.What will your verse be?
