Does anybody have any experience of this type of investment? Seems too good to be true, but from what I can see the company is growing. Last year I almost put 18k down on one. Only risk I can see is if after the 5 years they don't buy the pod back, then your stook with a store pod. Any thoughts? Cheers

    Only risk?

Risk you don't get any payments at all?
    Risk your capital is lost?
Risk the pod is worthless or has no buyer?

Plenty of risks I can see

Previous thread on a similar/related company that appears to be a feeder into this company:

It is always different this time. The only thing that is the same is the outcome.

It is defenetly better to invest into worldwide projects than into storefirst as there are very little people who would even need a storage plus even if they do the profit is not so great. Just my opinion :)

Which projects would you suggest investing in for an income. I too have been looking at investing in storefirst pods as I need to generate an income, but interested in other suggestions that would reliably generate income?

I'd also be interested to hear what they mean by projects as there are several references but no detail.

Regular references by a new poster to a strange idea sounds a bit spammy but well see.

We also believe in the projects as they have got really good potential. We would give you the advice and if we can't answer your questions then my step dad definitely will (he though us most about it) as he has been into investments/stock market etc most of his life.
And thanks much for the interest everyone :T

What qualifications do you have to give advice? Are you registered with the FSA and have professional indemnity insurance?

Is your investment regulated and covered by the FSCS?

    Ha ha..my thoughts exactly.

I once bought a residential property BES investment. I didn't lose out as it happened, but it exited at the minimum projection (I don't recall whether the word 'guarantee' was used) after the sponsors had paid themselves exorbitant management fees, and their associated companies what looked like large amounts for refurbishment; and only then after some vocal shareholder action group pressure. It caused me a fair amount of worry for not a huge return.

Investment risk is one thing, but any investment where you have to worry about being diddled should be rejected.

You save up for peace of mind, not to end up achieving the opposite and being kept awake at night.
