First try to change to BG, soon they know the prices of everything simple raise up, 30 min on phone waiting , letters to not change .. be careful with them.
I made final adjustment to change to BG and paid 300 pounds on 1 February 2013 and begun with BG on 12 March, now for 1 moth and 12 days they ask 140 £ ?!?!?!?!
What should i make to solve this ? my spending monthly is 40£ normally.

You have done well to get away from Spark, from postings on this site escaping from Alcatraz is easier.

So far as Spark's Final Bill is concerned - Forget what you have paid and the total on the bills - It's the meter readings on which these are based that are important

Ask BG what their opening meter readings are, (they should be the same as those you gave them when they asked you ), then look at Spark's Final Bill to see if they are the same - If not, WRITE a letter to Spark headed Complaint asking that they re-bill you on the correct readings, and if you don't get a satisfactory reply after 56 days, go directly to the Energy Ombudsman

Do what dogshome said - ask BG what their opening meter was when you gave them your readings on the 12 March 2013, not 11 Apr 2013. If sparks readings are different - again as dogshome said invoke the complaints procedure .. .. and the best of luck with spark.

So get reading from BG and are:

    Day 60603
    Night 79985

it means Spark energy changed the reading oposite.what mistake they made, and knowing this company can think why.

So what should i make now ?

To me it looks like the readings are ok - it's just they are using different names.
L = Low - Night rate is cheaper so that makes sense
N = Normal - this would then be day.

What are the opening readings on Spark's final bill? How much were you charged per kWh (unit) for L & N by Spark?

    Hi vibebl
As you have found, Spark have reversed the Day/Night readings which increases the bill

To get it sorted you need to WRITE a letter headed Complaint to Spark.
Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I get the impression that English is not your first language and writing a letter could be a problem
If this is the case take you bills into your local office of the Citizens Advice Bureau, and ask them to construct the letter for you

Hi, we moved into our rented house in October last year, and received a bill from Spark in November, the bill was for over £2400!!
We rang, and rang, and rang, after speaking to six or seven people, making 6/7 phone calls, each one lasting anywhere between 5 mins and 28 mins only to be told over and over that nothing could be done till the bill was paid, one chap that I spoke to said it seemed 'a bit excessive'. I told them to cancel any contract as I was going back to British Gas!
They would not let us go to BG until the bill was paid!!!!Not a snowballs chance. Eventually in Jan/Feb got a bill for £135:j. Still didn't get moved to BG until March!!!!

Today we got another bill from Spark for over £660, (bear in mind we are no longer with them) payable in 7 days. They say it's what we owe for the time til we left (2/3 months), we live in a three bed terraced not Buckingham Palace.

I would warn anyone against going to Spark, I now have another battle on my hands about this bill,I knew there would be something to pay but come on Spark get real.
