We were advised to put our house on the market at £215,000 we then decided to reduce to £195,000 We then got a buyer but their surveyor valued our house at only £180,000 we were in total shock .We took the house off the market for 3 months made a few changes and back on the market at£189,950 then reduced to £182,950 and got a buyer willing to pay £178,000 at last we thought only for there surveyor to come along and say its is now valued at £165,000 .We think there is something seriously wrong going on .Our estate agents have sent our survey along with some house comparables to buyers mortgage people who are ACCORD MORTGAGES who then put this to a panel to make a decision is there anyone out there with any advise or has had this happen to them .
