  • I have pasted my SoA that i had on my bankruptcy papers and the figures in red are the figures that the OR has worked out. During my OR interview in transpired that the £271 i owed a car finance company was secured on my car he told me to call the finance company explain my situation and offer a monthly repayment for the money i owe them as it cant be put into the bankruptcy. He would allow this expense. i have offered them £15 a month. My child maintaince will be dropping around £15 a month too in September as my ex husband is having another child. I feel bad questioning his judgement as he has been rather kind over the phone and tweaked my clothing allowance. Appreciate the advice.
