Hi,
I am looking to buy my first house and went to view it today, we loved it :j:j
But there is one thing that is confusing me which is the heating system. It was a 3 story town house. It had a combi boiler in the kitchen downstairs. On the 1st floor there was what i would call an airing cupboard. Now i would have expected to see a large tank in there it if had just a conventional boiler. But instead it looked like another boiler but larger. The house was newly built about 10 years ago. Does anybody have any ideas what it would have been?
thanks in advance

The person to ask would have been the person showing you around, did you not think to ask then?
without seeing an actual picture, i can only speculate what it could be.
How big is this house? how many bedrooms? An opinion is just that..... An opinion0 -
Perhaps a water heater? I'm just hazarding a guess.

was it the old boiler that hadn't been removed?
Impossible to speculate with any conviction - ring the EA and ask them to speak to the vendor.0 -
It may be some time before the seller of this property logs on to this site, spots your enquiry, and answers it.
Maybe a quicker way to ask him would be to phone him?
Or phone his agent?0 -
Hi,
The guy there wasn't sure he is going to ask the seller on Monday will let you know, we have already put the question to the EA but thought you guys might have had an idea.
