Which Gloss Won't Discolour?

We're about to redecorate our kitchen/utility.
I saw a while back about issues with Dulux (& other brands) white gloss, turning yellow very quickly resulting from changes to their paint composition forced upon them by EU legislation.
Is this still an issue? Please can someone advise me what type of paint I should be using for the woodwork, which won't experience this issue?
Thanks.

Any water based gloss will not yellow but the draw back being the finish and coverage will not match that of oil based paints.0

I believe that all oil based white paint will turn yellow with age. Sikkens oil based white paint is okay, but if left in the dark it goes lemon yellow in a year. Dulux oil based white paint I bought in Summer 2011 with the blue lid went cream very quickly, in months.
I tested numerous water based white paints, and the one I liked best was Ronseal Diamond White. It is very hard, sanding it down was a nightmare, but it shows brush marks like noone's business, and I think it looks pretty poor unless you use a roller. It might be possible to add something like Floetrol to reduce the brush marks. I didn't like the other paints I tried. The Dulux Quick Dry was very very thin, awful. Thanks both for the tips and for recommending the UltimateHandyMan forum. There's a recent thread:

It recommends Johnstones aqua gloss (water based) for the wood (requires a good synthetic brush) along with the aqua undercoat.0
