Are balance transfer fee rates negotiable, or are they normally fixed, with no discretion to reduce?

I haven't been able to get a fee reduced or waived for several years now.0

It's always worth a phone call!
If you have multiple cards phone each company up and ask them what the best interest rate they can offer you is, the transfer fee and how much you can transfer. Then choose the best option.0
