No the terrace wasn't mentioned on sales partics All the top flats have them but none have planning so I didn;t bother to mention. Such a pain as if the woman opposite has reported I can't even get insurance when and if I sell.0

If you can keyword search on the portal, look for roof terraces then try doing a Google street view on any properties that come up.Opinion, advice and information are different things. Don't be surprised if you receive all 3 in response.0

No search facility on planning portal apart from addresses. Oh well have to take it on the chin and see what happens!0
