hoping someone can help please.
My laptop is broken. My DH and I have tried the recovery disks but won't boot up in safe mode, we are getting a bluey green blank screen and it freezes.
He had tried the F2 and the F8 keys.
Any ideas on what we could do? Many thanks.
Its nearly 3 year old but can't afford to replace.
