Whereabouts do they live in sada. TIA.
I got these in a reduced price cabinet with £1 SEL. Nothing was whoopsied, just clearance stuff.Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
In the extra near me it's the old ladies you have to watch out for! That and a Chinese couple who are apparently notorious. We stood watching the tesco guy coming back from the warehouse with the reductions and we'd all earmarked what we were gonna lift for ourselves and/or each other depending on where it was put on the shelf. The couple were standing at the top of the aisle before the whoopsie cabinet and as the reductions went past, as quick as a whippet the husband had nabbed the legs of lamb even though he already had a couple. In the past I've been shoved out of the way by a woman 30 years my senior and I'm not exactly small & delicate.
I've given up on whoopsies except buying whoopsied orchids. I now have a lovely collection of 80-90% off beauties on my window sill.
There are also a collection of Chinese Polish and other swoopers at my local.
The nice ones try to make sure the elderly and infirm - there is a special needs man who always seems to be there - get what they want. Bless him he only wants a sandwich.:o
Its become such a fist fight that I am trying to find a more friendly crowd who share fairly and help each other even if I have to travel further.0 -
