Just came on to update on mine too. As of this morning, all 3 DDs are in place but no money taken and no magazines received. If it makes any difference they were Fortean Times, Auto Express and Moneywise, the latter chosen in terms of cost and not lack of knowledge ;)

Shall spend the day awaiting cancellations from Matalan and HP

All three of my DD's now also taken on Auto Express, Moneywise and Money Observer.
Attached to each publication you receive are subscription details/account number.
Go online and it will tell you when the sub ends/next DD will be taken so you can officially cancel.

Remember that when cancelling a DD only with your bank, the DD originator still has the right to request payment from the bank because as far as they're concerned it's still active.
Mistakes happen and sometimes banks process cancelled DD's in error when the originator requests it. Obviously it would be rectified, but Just a warning to all.

This is why the DD guarantee states that you should cancel with all parties.

    Morning mad squad,

No time to catch up so don't know if its been mentioned but potentially cheap cider over on darkside, this was posted yesterday and its been reported its still showing although it doesn't seem to work for me.

    http://m.hotukdeals.com/deals/24-x-500ml-bottles-thatchers-gold-cider-for-5-tesco-from-tomorrow-1535088?page=2

    Good luck.

I can confirm that I just got 24 bottles of Thatchers Gold for £5 in store at Tesco.

The packs of 8 bottles were marked up at £12 each with no indication of a multibuy offer. So I took a pack to customer services and they confirmed that they were 3 for £5.

So I got 3 packs at £12 each and got a multibuy discount of £31, making it £5 to pay.

    :)

Taking my DN (13yrs) & his best friend on holiday next week we are going for a week in Portaventura :T:T:T:T
I've bought loads of clothes for his birthday & he's kept them here to wear for the holiday. Had a trying on session as he's suddenly shot up & can now look me in the eye :eek:
As I'm lending him a suitcase - I've packed it with the Ts 20p shower gel, deouderants etc etc
We've all got the 4p black spotted ponchos & the sun lotion from Boots glitch last year :D £3.75 travel kettle from Ts for noodles :)
Getting a slight bit excited now :o - my Parents are house & cat sitting so no home worries.
My exDH is house sitting for them :)

    Morning :)

There are days when all the chaos of the 2 hours before actually getting everyone out the door in the morning still makes me smile. Today is one of those days.

My DD has just spent 20 minutes crying and trying to convince me she needs a day off school. Headache, sore throat, cold, poorly tummy?.......nope JLS have split up :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Bless her :o

Obviously Ive kept a straight face and told her she'll be better off at school where she can mourn with like minded friends :)

We have tickets for JLS later in the year, they had better still be performing and better be good, they were DD's Xmas present and expensive.

Do you know per chance what the terms of the cashback were? Was it sign up and pay for one subscription? Thanks exel.

DS reports that the Fries to Go are not very nice! :(

On reflection, that list is very unhealthy! Particularly as we have been living on T Meal Deals for weeks! Our blood pressure and cholesterol must be sky high!

Shouldn't really be on here as I should be doing some work, but difficult to focus. Lost the hens to Mr Fox last week and our lovely doggie was put to sleep on Monday. Need displacement activity.

So sorry to hear of your loss Tiny Shoes.

Looks like a sunny day. :)

Aww, hard week for you hun, our pets become such special members of our families. :( xxx
