It's heavy stuff for this time of night but a knowledge of Colour Science was part of my job.

But enough of that sort of bilge, I need to slip into my other mode, slap on some Nivea and get some beauty sleep. Got to be up at 5 to start posting again;) Now where did Mildew get to?.....:rotfl::rotfl:

    Night All:wave:

Thanks DM I have enough to get started. Could do with some vertical ones but will have time for further planning. Can't remember the artist we are getting inspiration from but basically a type of collage using acrylic paint.
In the book there is a nice one of new york . Taking my insipation from that I am attempting the inside of a lapdancing club. Ladies curtesy of some wallpaper I found. Thats why I wanted bar signs, toilet signs ect. Need a couple of vertical and I am there. The perspective means I don't have to paint bars in just give the idea they are there. Got to use some fabric so plush velvet will work..

Printer not linked up so will now email to step dad to print off for me. That should be fun:rotfl:

I will say goodnight all, and keep looking for last couple of signs. You take it for granted these things will be easy to find but not so.
    Thanks dm.

If you need to research other artist using neon, have a look at tracey emin

I'll try you with this one:

    Vanish Powerfoam Carpet Cleaner (600ml)
    T/S vs A: £4.60 vs £3.00

(But I think T might have been £3.00 on perhaps a month or few months ago - so would have been Avs T for £2.70 with APG refund. Might help someone if they have MOCs or Nectar/CC vouchers against this product - you never know..)

Right, that's all (I've just finished wading through some expensive lotions again).

Oh... just before I go, something I was going to mention in the last post but forgot to (get on, Savvy!!) - as many of you know, I've been online here since last December and, whilst looking up what gender some of you were (just so I didn't put a foot in it!) I went on a brief tour of parts of some of the threads from earlier last year, before I became aware of the Elite forum or joined. I'd seen someone called "Savvybunny2009" on this current forum and, with me also becoming known as "Savvybunny" a week or so before, I thought they (or maybe it is you) were trying to steal from myself.

However, I now note that Savvybunny2009 was posting long before I was, and was also known as "Savvy" so it seems I've stolen over from that! My many apologies, and not my intention - we are both "Savvy" and, as the earlier to be on here, you deserve it as much as (if not more than) me. The fora were also sometimes a bit more quite back then and not clogged up as they have sometimes been since I've been on (due to my unstoppably long posts!). Sorry folks, I can't help it! (But flipside it provides a wealth of useful info...)

Well - for better or worse - this is the Elite forum, in its developed and changing sense, and let's all save more money!!!

Goodbye - just getting the last week's M list now and I'll see you all after tomorrow's check. (I appreciate how annoying this might be to those in N. Ireland, but I hope tonight/last night (Tuesday) has helped redress the balance if only slightly...)

waffle waffle waffle... into the dead of night.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Back later. Bye folks.:):wave::wave::wave:

PS - Tinyshoes, thinking of you (good hugs again).

    Thanks shes a local girl.
Neons work but I am more looking for alcohol signs and posters.
Might have to make a few of my own. Don't even know what magazine I would find them in.
