Really impressed he took you to the dentist and waited for you in the car on his own. That is a big step forward.
Hopefully along with the cbt type treatment the med change will have a positive effect and not hinder how far you have already come.
Better now than september when your course is starting.

Thanks VT . I didn't exactly ask....more like had to show I could excercise some head over heart decisions if needed. Won't go into the side effects, but they come and go. The rest of the time he's OK...as ok as it gets.
As for September, Im going on it! It is a selfish illness (not intended) and I fully expect a relapse because he will think he can't cope for 2 and half days a week on his own. We've talked about it on his more lucid moments. But I need to do it......Im going mad not having anything to do. Besides anything else, I really feel the balance in the relationship changing when he's like this. I feel like Ive got another kid to look afterI know that sounds selfish
anyway you get the gist.....sorry for going on0 -

Know what you mean about liking the house presentable when people are coming. That was why I was so cross with OH at the weekend inviting DS1s little friends and their parents over. The house was a complete state and I'd just about got used to being able to tolerate it myself but couldn't stand the thought of other people seeing it that wayI was quite comfy in my joggers in the mess but then felt I had to make at least half an effort even though I felt shocking. Daft really. How does the saying go 'Those who matter don't mind, and those that mind don't matter'

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I said that to my OH. Imagine walking in the office and taking a chunk out of someone  and your boss saying....' have some anger management, my love' :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
I saw the price promise bingo thing in store today.....and what should be on the table as a prize?? Only 5 boxes of 1p chocolate!!! Needless to say I left with them in my trolley!! The cheek of it, trying to pass them off as a great prize!
Again - I suspect it works with most people. They get a coupon saying they've "saved" so much (helping reduce their likelihood of going to shop elsewhere as they believe they're making a saving or, at least, that they couldn't get it cheaper elsewhere because they think all stores are roughly the same price on everything)... AND they now get a 'free' gift as well (for paying over the odds price per unit wise on a size of an item that wasn't comparable to elsewhere, who had a different, more expensive in the store they shopped at, size of that item far cheaper).
I doubt most people really care about "paying over the odds price per unit wise", as, not only does that term confuse them, they just want it quick and convenient, believe it takes too much time to sort it out or shop around and these PP and similar schemes assure them that, even if their bill is more expensive, at least they'll get the difference back off their next shop (which of course they must do in the same chain) so they've no need to go elsewhere.
By "most people" of course, I mean everyone who isn't reading or on this forum.
As a postscript, and switching talk re. Sains., I have never yet had a coupon that said I'd saved x amount. All my shops of just about £20 are £10 cheaper at either A or at T. Otherwise I would never be spending that amount and getting no amount back. Whenever I am not spending that amount, all my shops are way cheapest in Sains. and therefore don't qualify for the "you've saved" coupon as they're not in BM. If they are not in BM, those of my shops sure ain't gonna be even a penny cheaper elsewhere! And neither are any of the items in them going to be cheaper in Sains and avail. in A - if they are, and Sains would be cheaper, they'd be bought in A for voucher making it 10% cheaper than Sains price. (or much more with glitches). If I ever got a "you've saved..." coupon from S, that would mean oh no I haven't, because if I went and bought those items/their equivalents in A, I'd have saved 10% more (through the APG coupon against my next shop which I was going to do in A anyway).
Anyway - I've gone way distracted again. Distracted by the printers and inks as well (but with a reason!). I did look in my S BM vs T saved list... and just the usual things that I've already mentioned previously. So probably best waiting till the new offers come in tomorrow (and then buying most of them in A anyway, as S only match). Right - a quick look at what's "cheap" in A (problem is much of it is over-priced than 10% cheaper than someone else) and then I'm soon off...!!
