Afternoon all,
Got a small DTD today but it's possibly store specific (IB for locals but corrected now)
Pack of 5 Reeves synthetic artists brushes b/c ends 7052. They were in a white aisle end bin in stationery marked as reductions £1 and under (have seen these in other stores lately). Red stickers 50p but scan at £2. Bought 4 packs so charged £8 and refunded £12. The stickers don't look as though they were applied in store
Had to go to SOT T and checked there but none to be seen.Awaiting a new sig0 -
My mum is now at peace. :A
Thank you to each and everyone one of you for all the support you have give me over the last year, especially to my friends on the night shift who I hope will help me celebrate my mum's life with a glass or two maybe later or sometime soon when I feel up to it.
So sorry for your loss.
Your mum will be looking down on her daughter with great pride for all you did to make her last weeks as good as possible and allowing her to be at home.
Will raise a glass for you and your mum and the strength and courage you have shown us all

My 3 chimps all had 'perfect' teeth so that's a relief.
While we were there, spotted this interesting story:
Mushrooms can provide as much vitamin D as supplements - but only if you put them in the sun before you eat them
Mushrooms transform UV light into vitamin D- Sun-exposed mushrooms are as effective at boosting and maintaining vitamin D levels as supplements are
- Have to be in summer sun for 60 minutes to produce vitamin D - cooking doesn't reduce the vitamin level
Mushrooms exposed to the sun can provide as much vitamin D as a health supplement, a study has found.
Much like our skin, mushrooms transform ultraviolet light from the sun into the vitamin and continue to do so even after they have been harvested.Eating mushrooms could provide as much vitamin D as swallowing a supplement - but you need to put them in the sun first
The nutrient is essential for the immune system, strong healthy bones and teeth and the absorption of calcium.
