Don't get on here often nowadays as I'm in my last yr of Uni and about to complete my final exams as a mature student with 3yr old

But I would just like to say a massive thank you to a lady who gave me a £5 off £40 spend in wigan tesco today :-)

I had only popped in and forgot mine and she casually offered it

I hope that lady is on here

that's so nice :) well done on managing uni and kids:eek: I did my masters in between kids and it was a challenge  do stick around if you have time :)

We have not been over since about 2 years after the euro came in.
Prices were something like £3 for a pint in sticksville and it was the same or less in our big city.
Not just the drink everything it priced us out of the market :(

Maybe you could do one of those house swap things where you live in someone's house for a week or so and they in yours. We have most of the same shops etc, except M and Aldis mainly. Then again we don't know any different.

I'm sitting here gigling, and DH is humphing next door. Perhaps my giggling is a bit loud. Still it's quieter than 'The Voice' that I was watching on iplayer 1/2 hr ago.

Is it too early for a song?

I was listening to a little Roxy Music earlier whilst driving and this is great. Love those Brian Ferry smoldering eyes.

I get watery eyes at Bryan ferry and my mum with her Bryan ferry poster behind the larder door:A a little bird let it slip that nanny Lala had tom jones behind hers ;):rotfl:

That's right I remember reading that, but they were worth it. I like a bit of Elvis as well.
