Yes CS would normally refund you the £3 if you phone up and are pleasant about it.

Ordered new pillows, leggings for DD, pyjamas for DS, tops for OH and acrylic tumblers et al for outside. (We finally brought some garden furniture last year but has a glass top - was wincing every time a plate and cup clattered on by kids - so solves problem cheaply!

Now we wait in anticipation ........
