    Thanks.

Aggghhh at tesco click and collect. Set up a 1st time shopper account for hubby and ordered 6 boxes of wine. Put in the substitute bit that they can replace with same brand of bottles of wine if necessary. So they did. Just got 6 bottles of wine. Such a waste of the click and collect fee. Guy there recognised me and said they done this to you before. But that was a free click and collect and they had substituted with completely different brand stuff and I refused the shop. He said I should complain. He reckons they should have tried to substitute with the equal equivalent amount of bottles to the 6 boxes i.e. 24 bottles
But I got the £12 first time shopper discount. Its just annoys me the £3 click and collect charge for such a small shop.
    Is it worth complaining?

Or has it been like this all along.... Thought I was paying SOMETHING for them

So does this throw up a dilemma for you? Knowing that you are paid to take them away will you go for more and then have more than 10 in your fridge at any one time :D:cool:

If its a true glitch day then the razor isn't needed and 6 haircare would give an apg of £24 - ooh too big.

I just had a SA have a blatent dig at me in Sainsbees. He asked me if the credit crunch was hitting me so hard as he noticed I always looked for / used coupons. Then he said that they were aware of a woman who picks up litter off the car park to add the points to her nectar card :(

Still found a £2 off £20 spend outside, so that cheered me up a bit ;) lol

That's a dreadful way to be spoken to - I hope you are going to take that up with HQ.

Can I just ask DO sainsbee add nectar points on afterwards? I ask as I don't shop there often and forgot to use my nectar card recently; when I took my receipt to CS they said it was against company policy to add them on afterwards:(

I'm with you, so far I don't think any multibuys have been recognised on receipts from today but there haven't been that many.

There was no need for that at all, I would have taken his name and complained

You did and I apologise for my outburst, it was not intended for you, I know the shop's down south open later on a Sunday and I was only trying to be helpfull and give something back as this thread has helped me so much, sorry if I have offended anyone but I was also trying to deal with a situation at home as well as post the results at the same time and was upset and getting confused.

Whoops-a-Daisy Thank you for trying an early shop. :T:T:T
It is really appreciated. Please keep posting. :)
Smile :) and hopefully the world will smile back
