They only scan a few items at random - my SA's don't even look at the screen when they do it

I found out recently (this week ) that lots of adding then deleting items will trigger a 'random' check

You think your angry Patty!! Sold osmething to someone on ebay, who is travelling a long way to collect it. They are meant to be coming tomorrow by train, and I have to pick them up, but they have not answered my email or text tonight, so have a feeling they are just not going to bother, grrr, got a good price too!! And I dare not go to the pub incase they still come!!! Very annoying!!!
