My Mum brought a second hand one the other day. Just the console and remote controllers for £60 so I think a very good deal x

I had an attempted trouting in first store today. SA saw price of 1p on her monitor. Said "sorry, i'm not allowed to sell you those". I asked why. Manager was passing. She called on him and he said same thing

I simply said "can't or won't? I have bought 1p clearance items before". He said ok then. :rotfl:

Simple as that for me today.

Do you ever get hayfever? Reason I ask is I do and one of my main symptoms is a horrible headache, which I get when weather warms up at this time of the year (anti- histamines dampened it down, and relieve other symptoms, but do not get rid of it ).

Back from a weekend away with grandchildren. I have skinned my elbows - forgot to fold my arms across body coming down a watershute/slide ride

We were self catering - so I took some of the Fray Bentos bolognese style meatballs. Sliced them onto a pizza base with Cathedral cheese on top..........but was yuk yuk yuk, now I know why haven't bought them before. Good job we had plenty of Uncle Bens microwave rice as back up to rustle up something else to eat.
