    Be careful with this approach my store not the most savvy, must been tipped off by h/o, they had sign up that could not redeem at CS under these circumstances.

    Tbh I never even thought doing that.

    Btw... Friend mine needed some ink the other day but found out it was the wrong ink, had to return it......iyswim.........

    i would never take anything back to customer services as i would stand out too much and they would easily notice me and remember me. :)
