Yes, I did, was telling my kids the other day, we used to sit on a sunday evening listening to charts, pressing play and record at the same time to record fav songs, without getting any of the chatter in in it, kids have it so easy these days!!!0

I found a tape under the seat in my old car when I was getting rid of it. My DS2 asked what it was and I told him it was a cassette.....he said ' did people used to smoke them in the olden days'. he thought I said cigarette :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
he he, kids. I had old records in a box when I moved, and my DS1 had no idea what they were, bless em.0

oh and I have shown him my old walkman and told him we listened to the whole of one side of the tape then had to turn it over to listen to the other, not any of this shuffle and just pick any song you want like on an ipod.0

Well happy shopping peeps - we will be staying in today - freezer full (got around to grating half the cheese yesterday to free up space in my little fridge), and cooking my Bramley's stored in the garage - getting too warm and past their best so all cooked and enough for 9 crumbles - cores and soggy ones for the birds).
OH and son survived paintball party without too many bruises but I bet all kids chin strapped (8.20 am start and back at 5.30) day off for mum's tho! DS spent the whole day grinning from ear to ear ..................!:j0 -
