    Thanks Benet and Fen. I will take a look at both Wordfence and Dulplicator.

    The one that I was referring to that that I didnt get round to looking at is BackWPup but Ill take a look at Dulplicator as its seems to have quite a few recommendations in the Wordpress LinkedIn group.
