Estate Agents/landlords who accept tenants without jobs/rent up front?

I am looking to move to London, however with the industry of work I want to get into you have to do lots of low/unpaid work placements/internships etc. so I won't have a full time job, at least not initially.

I was told of someone who did a similar thing and managed to get a studio flat, where he paid 6 months rent up front, and I'm sure I was told the agency was called "Bargain Beds" but I can't find anything of that name.

Does anyone know any agencies/landlords who operate a similar thing? Just to clarify I won't be claiming any kind of benefits, ideally I'd like to pay the rent up front.

Bargainbedsits.com. Sounds exactly what you describe above. Lease terms state they require a guarantor or if none can be provided then 6 months rent in advance for. 6 month lease.

Sorry I'm not sure what you're implying? The OP asked a question and I googled it and gave the advice above. They could have googled it themselves I suppose but I was feeling generous! Kind of the point of forums no? I certainly have no vested interest in the company above. I signed up as I am in the process of buying a property and have found the forum extremely helpful.
