Tesco transferred balance from someone else's account?

I took advantage of a tesco 0% on balance transfer however it appears they have taken the number down incorrect as my Barclay card still has a balance of £1000 and so does my tesco.
They say they've paid the wrong Barclay card. Bspmeone completely random has gained.

They are saying it could take 4-8 weeks and will contact at lays, I've called few 2 weeks later and they haven't heard from tesco!!!

Called tesco again and say they are dealing but now it's a further 2 weeks on top of.

I've asked for a recording of the call and I'm now paying both cards off!!!

What can I do to speed this up and expect from tesco? Will they refund the interest etc?

Oh dear I have been there and it took months to sort out in my case, they attached my DD form to someone else's account and the first month, on the day they sent me a statement showing I owed £70 they tried to take £7000 from my account. Then they locked my account because I hadn't paid, then they took 4 months to attach the DD and I just had so many problems I closed the account. I did get a decent payout from them for all the stress and hassle but I wouldn't let them look after my finances again.
