Leaking Radiator help

Guys,
Just noticed our living room radiator is suddenly leaking.
As i literately have no idea about fixing radiators or what the parts are called i've taken a picture to show you.
It seems like it needs tightening, but trying to tighten the bolt just moves the whole thing/pipe so can't do that.
The bit that's circled red is where the water is coming from, if i push it on tighter it slows down loads, but it doesn't stay like that.
Can anyone help?
Edit- I think it's because there's too much pressure in the raidiator, as when i first tried to tighten some water squirted out, and it wouldn't stay where i put it, but after pushing it back in (again) it seems to be less resistant..

that bit shouldn't move anyway, if it does it's not tightened up enough, if you try to tighten the nut you must support the valve body to stop it moving, although it looks to me as if the valve isn't on far enough anyway & if you try to tighten the nut this may make the leak worseI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
Hard to see but looking at the length of exposed tail piece,it seems to be hanging on by the skin of its teeth ??Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0
