4OD - Missing Program on Samsung TV App

Have just wanted to watch the latest Big Bang Theory on the 4OD app on my Samsung smart TV but it ain't there (I've looked for it using search, browse, etc but it doesn't come up). However, it's definitely on the 4OD website:

Anybody know why my Samsung TV can't see it?

    Not available on the 4OD catch up service on Sky, looks like its PC only.

    Can anybody explain why? Why should it restricted to certain platforms?
