Sorry if i have posted this in the wrong section or if this topic has already been discussed.(I have searched boards)

Please can anyone offer any advice.
My partner and I are are seperating, we have 2 children aged 13&9.My partner is self employed whilst I do not work.We currently recieve child and working tax credits,although we do not recieve council tax or housing benefits.
Am I entitled to claim any other benefits until I can hopefully find work,as we also own our own home so I will have to contribute towards the mortgage.
