VIRGIN thats not helpful

Grrr ! Just spent 5 frustrating minutes or more trying to sign in to Virgin money . Kept telling me my sign in details were wrong. I retried over and over because |I knew they were correct, then lost confidence and dug out old info to re check. FINALLY when I tried again with the same correct details, they say sorry for the inconvenience , thesite not available as theres a service going on!!!! Pity they couldnt have put the notice up sooner !

Just been speaking to VM/NR Their system went down Thursday and twice Friday. I was unable to login today from a FireFox bookmark to the login page but if you go in via the front door (https://www.virginmoney.com) and navigate to the login it's all up and working for now, summat to do with caching when their system reboots

If you are using a bookmark your browser maybe retrieving a page from your hard disk rather than their servers.

To clear the cache in Firefox:

Press and hold Alt and press T
    Click Options
    Click Advanced
Click the Network tab and click Clear Now under Cached Web Content
    Click OK
