I put the computer on this morning and windows failed to load again. I've now done a system restore (in safe mode because it won't do it otherwise) back to last Monday. Should I redo the updates or wait a few days and see what happens? Of course, the problem may not be related to this update at all. I wish I knew what I was doing!
Btw, that update is not showing in the list of updates waiting today.0 -
Thanks dogmary, that probably explains why my wife's lappy has had some boot failures in the past couple of days and my own workstation has exhibited some odd behaviour. Update duly removed now so fingers crossed.... DaveHappily retired and enjoying my 14th year of leisureI am cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.Bring me sunshine in your smile0
