Arrest - does it show up on crb?

Mines an enhanced one as I work with vulnerable adults, and am a registered manager with CQC.
Perhaps it's a newer thing as my last one was done 5 years ago.
And what I was arrested for (had I not been pure as the driven snow
) would have been relevant to my job role if it had gone any further. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
