FlexPlus upgrade query

Hi all, long time lurker, 1st time poster.
I upgraded to flex plus from flex account last Saturday, they said this would take effect this Saturday. Just received an email stating that this is now to be rescheduled. Before I can call them, has anyone else had this? I'm assuming the delay is because of the volume of applications they have received.
