Sorry claim. I am going to send a claim into HSBC (I appreciate every case is different) to reclaim CRP. But I have been through to different departments and they all say when the insurance started but cannot say when I cancelled it. It is so frustrating. Guess it will have to be an SAR0

If you're date of birth is 1997, this makes ineligible to claim under a PPI policy, therefore mis-sold.
Also not eligible for a store card too, try to reclaim this aswell...0 -
