    Claim or complaint?

  • Sorry claim. I am going to send a claim into HSBC (I appreciate every case is different) to reclaim CRP. But I have been through to different departments and they all say when the insurance started but cannot say when I cancelled it. It is so frustrating. Guess it will have to be an SAR

No, if you want a refund you'll have to make a mis-selling complaint. If you claim on the insurance you'll need to be sick and unable to work or be unemployed through no fault of your own.
  • Apologies I meant a mi-selling complaint due to pre existing medical condition
  • Hi

If you're date of birth is 1997, this makes ineligible to claim under a PPI policy, therefore mis-sold.

Also not eligible for a store card too, try to reclaim this aswell...
