Advice on DLA and incapcity

Hi
Having read through some of the questions regarding DLA i'm wondering if i am entitled at all to it.
I am currently on incapacity benefit long term and im receiving treatment from the mental health team and am currently on waiting list for therapy i have been diagnosed as having body dysmorphic disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder, i dont go out other than school runs husband does all the necessity's like shopping taking out our daughter washing clothes making dinner etc i struggle most days but am trying.
where and what would i need to do?? as i dont like meeting ne people

I would seriously think about contacting your local welfare rights team to get help filling in DLA forms and make sure you answer the questions as if as is on your very worst day.
Also the number for DLA is 0845 123456.
Trust me I know been there!!0
