Can you live in a one bedroom flat? If you can't I'm not wasting time working out the costs for it. Read what you've written.
    1,2 and 3 bedroom homes from £55,000 for a 25% share

If 25% is £55k, that makes a one bedroom flat market value £220k.

A three bedroom house would have to be c£400k on that basis. That's why I did it that way.

If you can confirm the value/share etc for a property which suits you, Ill gladly work it out for you.

You are also going to have to ask the HA about the issue with your partner's current mortgage.

How much for the fee ?
Depends on the solicitor. You'll also need reservation fee, and mortgage/valuation fee. HAs reccommend that you have access to £2500 for fees
At 5% over 25 years, How much for the mortgage payment?
Depends on the mortgage and the size of your deposit/interest rate
the rent on the unowned share ?
    Depends on the HA/development
    services charge ?
    Depends on the HA/development
And How much we need to pay per month ?
Depends on all of the above!

You're really directing your questions in the wrong place. If you want to know the answers to these questions you need to contact your local HA and homebuy agent. I hope you find something that works for you and your family :-)
