Reportedly it's his wife that has actually run the shop for the last 10 years whilst he was in the US trying to cash in? And I would rather send what Burrell claims are 'cheap' forecourt flowers than expensive ones with his name on them.

Never had a complaint and the blooms last about 3 weeks before they have to be put out......

I can recommend these two firms also. I've used them for the last 10 years. Only complaint in that time was when the FF plane was grounded by fog - they sent another bunch even though it was hardly their fault.

My only experience with Serenata was the absolute opposite - dreadful.
