I am under a 18 month contract with Primus for Broadband and phone, I have never been told of ANY price rises - does this mean I can come out of the contract with no penalties?0

Hi everyone,
If you're having any issues with your Primus account or service, please send us an email.
This email will go to MSE and Primus, and Primus will reply to you as soon as possible.
Many thanks,

I was happily paying £8.99 a month for line rental only.
One month they randomly charged me £16.07, I called them and the guy gave me some rubbish about changing the billing date but it'd go back again after that.
Now it's £10.38 or £11.58 (mainly the latter) depending how they're feeling on the day the direct debit goes out.
Never been informed of any price rises.
Will be changing providers, annoying as it's such a hassle, but it's also a hassle to check my bank statements so closely to make sure they're not trying to take even more.0 -
Another unhappy customer here! I originally signed up to the £8.99 monthly deal but have just checked bank statement and realise I'm now paying £12.89 a month
I don't even have a phone attached to my line so this is for line rental only! Time to look for another supplier!“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0
